Mostyn Evans (7 July 1923-23 November 1990) appeared in two Doctor Who stories: as Dai Evans in The Green Death and the High Priest in Death to the Daleks. He also had an uncredited role as a Taxi Driver in Doctor Who and the Silurians. (DWM 222)
