Aukon was originally Science Officer Anthony O'Connor of the Hydrax before serving the Great Vampire as one of Three Who Rule.
Profile
After the Hydrax accidentally left N-Space and passed into E-Space, along with the three, Aukon ruled the un-named planet in E-Space as an advisor to Zargo and Camilla. The Three Who Ruled kept the population of the planet in thrall for a thousand years. Aukon and the others died when the Doctor launched one of the shuttles into the heart of the Great Vampire.
