- 1966 - "Volcano" was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1966 - Part two of the TV Comic story A Christmas Story was first published.
- 1972 - Episode one of Day of the Daleks was first broadcast on BBC1, beginning Doctor Who's ninth season.
- 1972 - The seventh and final part of the TV Action comic story The Eternal Present was first published.
- 1977 - Part one of The Face of Evil was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1977 - Part three of the TV Comic story Dredger was first published.
- 2007 - Invasion of the Bane was first broadcast on CBBC, beginning a new series, The Sarah Jane Adventures.
- 2007 - Captain Jack Harkness and End of Days were first broadcast on BBC Three, completing Torchwood's first series. Later, the respective Torchwood Declassified episodes, Blast from the Past and To the End, aired with them.
