According to a legend of the Order of the Dragon, the s'tanim (in Hebrew, "false accusers" or "adversaries") killed the "first warrior" and created the Poenari Relic.
The word came from the Old Testament, where it didn't refer to anyone human. Surviving texts about the s'tanim were very vague, and The Book of the War posited that most of them were destroyed by religious purges.
