Windsor

Windsor was a city in England, best known as the site of Windsor Castle and Windsor Great Park.

In 1638, the Doctor launched Nemesis into orbit to keep it out of the hands of Lady Peinforte, and it returned to Windsor in 1988. (TV: Silver Nemesis)
