Shane Rimmer is a Canadian actor who played Seth Harper in the Doctor Who story The Gunfighters, and also read the audiobook of the serial's novelisation.

Although born in Canada, most of Rimmer's career has been spent in the UK where he has been extremely prolific in film and television, often playing small roles and vocal performances in productions that require an American character.

He is perhaps best known for providing the voice of Scott Tracy in Gerry Anderson's Thunderbirds. He also worked on several other Anderson series including UFO and Space: 1999. He has appeared in several James Bond films (most notably as the US submarine captain in The Spy Who Loved Me), and has also had small roles in films such as Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, Superman, and Batman Begins.
