Belgium

Belgium was a nation in western Europe.

Belgium was notable for being a key location on the Western Front during the First World War. It's towns and cities, including Mons, (COMIC: The Weeping Angels of Mons) Ypres (TV: Twice Upon a Time) and Antwerp saw much of the action during the conflict. (AUDIO: Brotherhood of the Daleks)

The country faced further conflict in the Second World War, when the region of Ardennes became the location of the Battle of the Bulge. (PROSE: Autumn Mist)
