They are soon bombarded by hailstones the size of tennis balls. The Doctor suggests bringing an umbrella next time ("Umbrellas are cool!"). It is Amy who listens to the sound of the thunder and hears a voice. The storm itself has been telling them to flee from this world.

The Living Storm was a Doctor Who Adventures comic story featuring the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond.

Summary

The Doctor and Amy Pond climb a hill to explore the ruins of an alien city. There is no sign of who built the city and the walls are worn away, seemingly eroded by the elements in record time.
