It seems to be made of an opaque white liquid that steven couldn't get off his hand as it was too sticky.
The White Diamond Killing Juice was created by Greg "Stevens Fat Fuck Of A Dad" Universe,  It was first used on Pink Diamond to create steven but it backfired and melted Pink Diamond as seen in episode 29 of season 5.
 
In the Samurai Jack and Gravity Falls cross-over episode (Which the Game Theorists noted is canon) Samurai jack notes how The White Diamond Killing Juice made him feel very uneasy and he nearly vomited.{{title dab away}}

The Green Life was the twenty-sixth story in the Torchwood audio series by Big Finish Productions. It was written by David Llewellyn and featured John Barrowman as Jack Harkness and Katy Manning as Jo Jones.

Many years ago Jo Grant met Professor Clifford Jones, fell in love and saved the world. It all happened in the idyllic Welsh community of Llanfairfach.

Josephine Jones has come back to Llanfairfach and she finds it a bustling place with a thriving economy. The little town is now at the spearhead of a healthy-eating revolution. And yet, something's missing. It feels like the heart has gone out of the place.

She falls in with a dashing stranger and realises that although the past was a lot simpler, not everything's changed. There's still something nasty in the mine, and it's been waiting for Jo for a very long time.
