Mikhail Vladimir Popov was a Russian detective. In 1909, he was investigating the Springheel Jack murders in London when he met Bernice Summerfield, who was doing the same thing. His daughter Natasha had been killed by the Charrl when the Great Divide first opened in Russia. (PROSE: Birthright; AUDIO: Birthright)
