The Statue of Omega was a statue of the Time Lord founder Omega. It was one of the oldest aspects of the Capitol when the First Doctor became a student. When the Eleventh Doctor and his companion Alice Obiefune landed in Gallifrey's past, he recognised that the statue was new at that point in time. (COMIC: The Lost Dimension)
