Frank Windsor (12 July 1928-30 September 2020[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Ranulf Fitzwilliam in The King's Demons and Inspector Mackenzie in Ghost Light.

He was also considered for the roles of Rorvik in Warriors' Gate (TCH 33) and Orcini in Revelation of the Daleks. (TCH 41)
