Phil Cornwell (born 5 October 1957[1]) played a stallholder in the Doctor Who television story The Fires of Pompeii. He also voiced Superintendent Gaglo and Zaleb 5 in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Serpent in the Silver Mask and Parsnip in the Donna Noble: Kidnapped! audio story Spinvasion.
He also played a parody of the Ninth Doctor in the Dead Ringers sketch, Christmas at Doctor Who's.
