Paul Antony-Barber played Dr Kendrick in the Doctor Who television story Rise of the Cybermen. He also played Ludovic Comfort in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Magic Mousetrap, which also saw him double for the voice of the Toymaker when he stole Comfort's voice.

He was once married to fellow Big Finish actor Glynis Barber.
