Time was the name of a planet that existed outside of time and space according to readings from the Doctor's sonic screwdriver. Although the Thirteenth Doctor initially claimed that there was no planet with such a name, she was corrected by Swarm. It contained the Temple of Atropos, home of the Mouri who controlled the flow of time.
Yasmin Khan and Inston-Vee Vinder were transported there following their encounters with the Flux. Joseph Williamson was also present on the planet when Yaz first arrived.
With two of the Mouri incapacitated, Swarm, Azure and Passenger replaced them with Yaz and Vinder, ensuring that flowed correctly once more with a snap of Swarm's fingers. (TV: War of the Sontarans)
