Dallas Cavell (19 September 1925-15 February 1993[1]) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories.
Career
Outside of Doctor Who, he played numerous roles on other television series, including Crossroads, Z-Cars, Dixon of Dock Green and The Avengers.
