Deadly Fly was a 21 comic printed in TV Century 21 in 1966.
The story crossed over with the Doctor Who universe, namely through the involvement of World President Nikita Bandranaik as a major character in the plot.

- The fly's memory banks are inadvertently damaged by the filing department cat.
- Twenty One declares martial law in the World Senate building under section 2 of senate order S/49/11 — action in defence of world peace.
- The Saturnian delegates are attacked by the fly. The World President mentions the arrival of the Neptune delegation.
