Summary

It's the morning of 24 November 1963, and young Timmy Smith has invented the world's first Doctor Who joke. Timmy tries out the joke on his friends;

"Knock knock!"
"Who's there?"
"Doctor!"
"Doctor Who?"
"Come along, Susan, into the TARDIS, hmm?"
