Biography
Josiah Rowe had a grandfather. He knew about his grandfather's encounter with the Ninth Doctor in the First World War, despite the impossibilty of the Ninth Doctor being in both the early 20th and 21st centuries without ageing. Josiah offered to scan his grandfather's photograph, which had the Doctor in the background, and his grandfather's letter that detailed his encounter with the Doctor, upon writing about the Doctor on Clive Finch's conspiracy website Doctor Who? in March 2005.
