This is a work of non-fiction.

Unlike other fictional universes, the Doctor Who universe is created solely by fiction. To us, this is not a valid source. Information from this source can only be used in "behind the scenes" sections, or on pages about real world topics.

Doctor Who: The Time Traveller's Almanac (reference book) is a chronology of the Doctor Who universe, written by Steve Tribe and was published in November 2008.

It covers the period from TV: Rose - TV: Journey's End, including TV: Children in Need Special, GAME: Attack of the Graske, WC: Tardisodes, PROSE: 42 Prologue, the animated episode TV: The Infinite Quest, TV: Time Crash, and the Proms minisode TV: Music of the Spheres.

It also explained references and includes references to the classic series made in the new series.

The Almanac draws on resources far and wide, from the beginning of time to the end of the universe, to provide information on key historical events and great lives, important issues in science, technology and the arts, and the stories that have defined each era.

Fully illustrated with photos and artwork, The Time Traveller's Almanac provides an essential biography of the Doctor Who universe.
