Sergeant Catherine Petts submitted a dossier on Rose Tyler in 2006 — also referencing Mickey's acquisition of whoisdoctorwho.co.uk which contained sensitive, classified information — causing Sergeant J Frinkstein to change the passwords to the secure parts of the website, and while Major Jenny Maguire suggested leaving the passwords be and simply insert misinformation instead, Sergeant A.
