Target Selected
Doom is sitting in a dark cell room in Stormcage Containment Facility, chatting with River Song about how to best track down the Doctor and their shared life-styles as assassins.
River suggests Doom take the mission at New Calamino, in which there is a Waxworks Museum, as the Doctor is one of the exhibits there.
Doom thanks River, and as Death slowly approaches, the vortex manipulator goes off, and she hops off to the next location.
The Plastic Population
At the Waxworks Museum in the Heroes Gallery on New Calamino a brand new invention has taken centre stage, the Tiny Twin plastic doll from Plastic Population, with the spokesperson Miss Ness Stean trying to change Minister Scarling's mind about his Anti-Plastics Bill.
A young girl is seen in her room, lamenting being bored and lonely. She opens a package with a Tiny Twin doll and as it transforms into a doll replica of her, she exclaims that she will never be bored and lonely again.
The Minister takes a doll and it transforms into a replica of him. As he prepares to leave, Stean objects, insisting that he’ll stay to take measurements for a wax figure replica.
Back in the gallery, Doom starts searching for the Doctor, finding the Sixth Doctor hiding as an astronaut wax figure, and goes to the backroom with him.
As Scarling is taken out to the backroom, the Autons reveal themselves as they make him watch in horror as more plastic figures are created from humans.
The Doctor and Doom barge into the room, with the Doctor boasting about his clever plan of disguising himself as himself as they start shooting all the Autons. Suddenly Scarling turns on the Doctor and Doom, having come to a realisation, and ends up being shot by Doom, and falls into a pool of liquid plastic, disrupting the machinery.
As Doom turns to the Sixth Doctor for help, asking him about what happened on New Venice, he regrets that he cannot help her. Disappointed, Doom takes off to a new location as her vortex manipulator goes off.
High Noon in Hollywood
Landing in 1930s Hollywood, Doom finds a movie set empty of people, wondering where everyone is, pondering they could all be on tea break at the same time.
Entering a pub, she finds the entire building full of Cybermen, deciding to run off. Followed by Cybermen in all sorts of costumes, she runs into the costume department, exclaiming that either Universal Pictures had become really good or something wasn’t right.
She exlaims that she needs to find her target fast and wait for Terri to send new missions, and sees a poster with her target, "Polly Church in Queen for a Day", wondering what she’s done. Entering her makeup room, she finds a Cyber-converted Polly, and figures it must be mercy kill. Pulling a water gun as more Cybermen approach, she sprays them with plastic, realising it does nothing. Doom runs again.
She finds a big box of explosives and decides to blow up the Cybermen with them, as the vortex manipulator goes off and Doom travels to the next location.
The Horn of a Dilemma
At a renaissance fair, Doom sets off to stop a trick scheme. She encounters a seller, tricking people into thinking unicorns exist, tricking them to buy their "valuable" hair strands and horns.
As Doom requests to buy a unicorn claiming them to not exist, the seller hesitates before agreeing to sell her a creature for a 100.000 gold. She introduces herself as Doom the Great Hunter, in search of hunting every kind of animal to kill them.
In that moment a young woman comes up to her, objecting to her that she won’t let Doom kill a unicorn, but Doom whispers to her that she is not going to do any harm, only to help.
As a unicorn is presented before Doom, she creates a bit of trickery, making a real horse with a fake horn appear, to all the fair visitors' shock, demanding to be compensated.
After the effects wear off, and the unicorn returns to its own form, Doom reveals her objective was to kill the idea of the unicorn to prevent them from being hunted to extinction.
The woman introduces herself as Jo and says she’s got a friend who will help with the real unicorn huntsman. Doom then sets off to a new location as Death once more closes in on her.
