CK was a reader of the website Who is Doctor Who?.

On 26 March (PROSE: The Doctor Was Involved in the Dummy Massacre, Operation Mannequin) CK was present on Westminster Bridge to witness (PROSE: Dummy Massacre) the activation of the London Eye by the Nestene Consciousness, at the same time as the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler. (TV: Rose)
Shortly after, CK's story was shared on the conspiracy website Who is Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Dummy Massacre)

Although similar in nature to the user-created characters in Dummy Massacre, CK was included in the main text of the story and therefore was created by the BBC webteam.
