On 23 November 1963, Barbara Wright walked past the Bridge, having arrived in London to find time frozen by a TARDIS malfunction. (AUDIO: 1963)
In March 2005, the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler ran across the bridge to the London Eye, in search of the Nestene Consciousness. (TV: Rose) CK was also on the bridge at the same time and saw what was happening to the London Eye. (PROSE: Dummy Massacre)
In 2007, Alistair Appleton reported on Ghostwatch that "ghosts", which were actually Cybermen passing through the Void, were in a regular — almost military — formation gathering around Westminster Bridge. (TV: Army of Ghosts)

In the ultimately unproduced film The Dark Dimension, the Daleks were to have been among several alien races which simultaneously invade London, with one particular scene depicting them gliding across Westminster Bridge on a heading to the Houses of Parliament.
