Below There was the first story in the audio anthology Travel in Hope, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Lauren Mooney and Stewart Pringle and featured Christopher Eccleston as the Ninth Doctor.

Publisher's summary

Vyx works on a teleport relay station in the darkest depths of space - and she’s afraid. Strange voices crackle through comms channels, shapes gather outside the starless viewing ports, and visions of death and destruction plague her dreams.

Then she gets a call from the Doctor, who warns Vyx that her worst nightmares are about to become a reality.

  • T-Mat used to be the most prominent name in teleportation of goods before being bought out by Leap Corp.
  • Blue phosphor is a psychic suppressant with negative health effects.
  • The human brain doesn't have the capacity to witness eternity.
  • Usually Vyx would use a beverage synthesiser, but decides to make refreshments the old way for the Doctor.
