Shades Calling Cloudbase... was a Spectrum Shades short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe.
Summary
Spectrum Shade Martin Cater produces a facsimile of an earlier front page of TV 21. It mimics the headlines and accompanying images of the original, including the likenesses of Marineville, Commander Zero and the Dalek Prime. Cater later sends his work to Cloudbase, also asking if back issues of the magazine are available. Colonel White praises Cater for his efforts but states that, for security reasons, back issues are not currently available.
