Cyberslaves were Humans converted into robots by a Nanoform infection from Cybermats. Their body was Human in shape but metallic and they had a Cyber-Helmet. They were able to attack by firing lightning out of their hands. After the Cyberman army and the Cyber-Lord awoke, the Cyberslaves were deemed unnecessary and that they had fulfilled their purpose and were all destroyed, including Elizabeth Meadows.
