  • After portraying the Nightmare Man, Julian Bleach became one of the few actors to have appeared in Doctor Who, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures.
  • The Raxacoricofallapatorian at the beginning of the story does not appear to be a member of the Slitheen family, its skin colour is a darker green and also has green fingernails. Although in the closing credits the Raxacoricofallapatorian is referred to as a Slitheen.
