The Baxters were guests at the wedding of Stuart Hoskins and Sarah Clark. They hadn't arrived. Presumably, they were consumed by the Reapers that appeared when Rose Tyler disrupted the Web of Time by saving her father, and restored when Pete sacrificed himself to save the world. (DW: Father's Day)
