• 10 - Death in the Clouds, a mystery novel by Agatha Christie is first published. Although she has forgotten the events of her adventure with the Doctor and Donna Noble in 1926, an unconscious memory of those events would inspire her to write this book, which is destined to remain in print to the year 5,000,000,000; a facsimile edition of Death in the Clouds published in this year would be obtained by the Doctor.

• 27 - Julian Glover, who played Richard the Lionheart in "The Crusade" and Count Scarlioni in "City of Death," is born in London.

• 10 - Terrance Dicks, script editor of Doctor Who from 1968-1974 (apart from The Space Pirates) and writer of numerous Doctor Who scripts, novels and novelisations, is born in East Ham, Greater London.

• 1 - Glenn Beck, who played the TV announcer in "The Tenth Planet," is born in Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada.

• 19 - Derren Nesbitt, who played Tegana in "Marco Polo," is born in London.

• 27 - Verity Lambert, the first producer on "Doctor Who," is born in London.
