Mind leech were a species encountered by Dr Elizabeth Klein, the Other Doctor and Colonel Lafayette, in an office block in the city of London. They came from another dimension and fed on intelligence, this caused Private Oscar Phillips to loose his mind. (AUDIO: UNIT: Dominion)
