• Due to the onset of the Great Depression, New York City's Central Park houses one of several tent cities called Hooverville,inhabited by the unemployed and homeless. Remnants of the Cult of Skaro, having escaped to this year from the Battle of Canary Wharf begin abducting people in hopes of creating a Dalek-human hybrid.
