In 2015, a number of things set in or relevant to the Doctor Who universe were released or published.

• January - Flywheel Revolution, The Romance of Crime, The English Way of Death, Mistfall, and The Exxilons were first released by Big Finish Productions.
• 14 January - The first part of The Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor comic The Weeping Angels of Mons was released.
• 21 January - The Doctor Who: The Eleventh Doctor comic stories An Adventure in Brine and Plaice and The Eternal Dogfight, the Doctor Who: The Twelfth Doctor comic story The Inversion of Time and the second part of The Weeping Angels of Mons were released.
• 28 January - The Doctor Who Adventures comic story The Wheelers was first published.
• January/February - The Doctor Who Magazine comic story The Instruments of War was released.
• February - Intervention Earth, Little Doctors, The Darkness of Glass, Equilibrium, The Young Lions, and Crystal Ball were first released by Big Finish Productions.
• 26 February - The Forgotten Son, the first novel in Candy Jar Books' Lethbridge-Stewart series was first published.
• March - Dark Eyes 4, Time Tunnel, The Entropy Plague, String Theory and Requiem for the Rocket Men were first released by Big Finish Productions.
• April - The Ghost Trap, The Well-Mannered War, Damaged Goods, The Defectors, Death Match, and Jago and Litefoot series 9 were first released by Big Finish Productions.
• May - The King of the Dead, The Worlds of Big Finish, and Last of the Cybermen were first released by Big Finish Productions.
• 20 May - Part one of Conversion and Bow-ties for Goal Posts were first published by Titan Comics.
• 9 June - The Erimem series debuted with The Last Pharaoh, released by Thebes Publishing.
• July - The Fate of Krelos, We Are The Daleks, Counter-Measures Series Four, and Dark Convoy were first released by Big Finish Productions.

• September - Doctor Who Game Maker was released on the BBC website.
• 1 September - The Beast of Stalingrad and The One Place were first released by Thebes Publishing.
• 10 September - Royal Blood, Big Bang Generation, and Deep Time were first published by BBC Books.
• 10 September - The Conspiracy, Big Finish's first release with their expanded new series license, was first released.
• 10 September - The Tudor Engagement was first published by Doctor Who Adventures.
• 11 September - Prologue was first released on the BBC YouTube channel.
• 15 September - The Doctor's Meditation was first shown in theatres for general admission by BBC Worldwide.
• 19 September - The Magician's Apprentice debuted on BBC One.

• 26 September - The Witch's Familiar debuted on BBC One.
• 28 September - The Eye of Torment was released as a graphic novel by Panini Comics.
