Private Perkins was a UNIT soldier who served under Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart during the Cybermen invasion of Earth. When Isobel Watkins, Jamie McCrimmon and Zoe Heriot went to the London sewers to get photographs of the Cybermen, the Brigadier sent Perkins, Walters, Jimmy Turner and John Benton after them.
When the group found three Cybermen in the sewers, they attacked them with grenades. However, Perkins panicked and tried to leave the sewers but was killed by one of the Cybermen. (TV: The Invasion)
