Graham Cole had numerous roles on Doctor Who, all uncredited. He spent 25 years in Thames Television/ITV's The Bill (1984-2010) as P.C. Tony Stamp, alongside Simon Rouse. The Bill also featured Who actors Raji James and Jeff Stewart.
