A Lugal-Irra-Kush was on display in Hedgewick's World of Wonders. (TV: Nightmare in Silver)

Kabel, an alien who lived in Mayor Me's trap street, was a Lugal-Irra-Kush. (TV: Face the Raven)

Since when did Red Bee do DVDs? That's BBC DVD/2 entertain

This species' name was never spelled on-screen, allowing for closed captioning to determine proper spelling. Unfortunately, there was discrepancy amongst closed captioners. Those working for ABC and BBCA went with Lugaleracush, while the official BBC One captioning done by Red Bee Media had it as Lugalirakush (TV: The Rings of Akhaten on DVD) or Lugal-Irra-Kush(on iPlayer?). [disputed statement]
