Day-vid Kit-sun, father of Ben Gay-ul, was a slave of the sentient Canines in Prague in 2406. His son escaped and was rescued by K9 Mark I, who helped them lead a rebellion against the Canines and rescue the Fourth Doctor and Leela. (PROSE: The Dogs of War)
