Savaar was an Ice Lord. He was the second brother to Rhukk, an archaeologist. He commanded the spaceship the Bruk which carried various ancient relics.
He became friendly with Bernice Summerfield and even enjoyed a kiss from her. (PROSE: Legacy) He attended her wedding to Jason Kane. (PROSE: Happy Endings)
