"Tainted Love" was a song played on an antique "iPod" (actually a jukebox) aboard Platform One shortly before the destruction of Earth. The Doctor danced to the song. (DW: The End of the World)
The song was also played at Gwen and Rhys Williams's wedding reception. (TW: Something Borrowed)
On both occasions, the song was the version performed by Soft Cell.
