Rhoda Hoffman was a 20th century political activist and art student.

Her parents died in a fire when she was a baby and she was raised by her grandfather Saul Hoffman, the rabbi of a synagogue in Prague. Saul tended to be very overprotective of her.

The Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams met Rhoda in Prague in November 1989. She helped them stop the Mavora Collective from causing chaos throughout the city on which they could feed. (COMIC: The Broken Man)
