Najia Khan was Yasmin Khan and Sonya Khan's mother, married to Hakim.
She was originally hired by Jack Robertson, a wealthy American businessman who ran a chain of successful luxury hotels, but she was fired by him when she appeared when Robertson was in a meeting with one of his employees, and she overheard too much that Robertson decided to get rid of her.
