Father Heretika was the representative of the Church of the Evergreen Man who attended Addison Delamar's auction of the Ninth Doctor's memories. He was killed by Delmar after she was cyber-converted by a Cybermat. Tara Mishra used his Vogan gold suit to incapacitate her. (COMIC: The Bidding War)
