Bliss was a human female from England.

In early 2007, she joined LINDA, only to be absorbed by the Abzorbaloff when he first arrived in March that year. The Abzorbaloff, disguised as a "Victor Kennedy", claimed that she had left to get married. When the rest found her absorbed, her place was the Abzorbaloff's right buttock. She helped the Tenth Doctor and Elton Pope destroy the Abzorbaloff, sacrificing herself. (TV: Love & Monsters)
