The Vatrexii were a race of blue-skinned traders. Iris Wildthyme described them as "the rag and bone men of Earth's quadrant". They were known to travel between planets, collecting junk and occasionally partaking in "a bit of light thieving".
One Vatrexii ship, the Begins at Home, was attacked by Dog Pirates after it collected the Objet D'Oom. All of the Vatrexii onboard were fatally wounded, but one managed to stay alive for two weeks. (PROSE: Enter Wildthyme)
