Arkadus was the leader of the Zaons at the time of the Dalek invasion of Zaos. He told the Second Doctor that the Daleks intended to use the planet as a base to attack Earth. He and his men fought the Daleks while the Doctor and the Sky Ray Space Raiders sought the assistance of the Astrobeetles, who agreed to help destroy the Daleks.
