Kebiria was a war-torn Arab country in north Africa. It was visited by the Third Doctor and Jo Grant. The government under Prime Minister Benari attempted to use the "biological toolkit" of the Xarax as a weapon against Giltean separatists. (PROSE: Dancing the Code)
