Strines

Strines was a small village near Manchester. (PROSE: Spinning Jenny)

In 1854, Spinning Jenny and Baron Samedi fought near Strines, causing part of the village to break off as a bubble universe. Through complicated temporal machinations on the part of Elizabeth Howkins, this was undone.

Later on, in 1931, Elizabeth Howkins caused a factory fire in Strines that caused the creation of Spinning Jenny, the loa of industry. (PROSE: Spinning Jenny)
