Lieutenant Hugo Lang was a 24th century starfighter pilot with Interplanetary Pursuit.
Biography
Hugo Lang was born circa 2285. He attended Star Fighter pilot school and graduated top of his year, being told that he was destined for great things. He joined the A Squadron of Interplanetary Pursuit as a starfighter pilot and had only to gain combat experience to prove himself a hero. (PROSE: The Twin Dilemma)
In 2310, Hugo was sent to find the abductors of Romulus and Remus Sylvest, but was shot down over Titan III and crashed. He was rescued by the Sixth Doctor and travelled with him and Peri Brown to Jaconda, where he helped them defeat Mestor. Afterwards, as he had no family and nothing to go back to Earth for, he decided to stay and help the Jacondans rebuild their world. The Doctor handed him Azmael's ring. (TV: The Twin Dilemma)
