Kai Owen played Rhys Williams in Torchwood.
He later played Rickard Karne in the Big Finish Bernice Summerfield audio story Vesuvius Falling. In 2015, he reprised his role as Rhys Williams in Big Finish Torchwood series, making his debut in Forgotten Lives, where by extension he also portrayed a representative of the Evolved whose consciousness briefly inhabited his body.
