The Series 4: Campfire trailer was a narrative trailer advertising the fourth series of Doctor Who and the return of Donna Noble as a companion, who was last seen in The Runaway Bride.
Prior to the trailers release three 10 second teasers, each focusing on a different monster, began airing from 22 March 2008. The monsters featured were the Ood, the Sontarans and the Daleks.
On 22 June 2008, a fourth teaser focusing on the Supreme Dalek began airing to publicise The Stolen Earth.
Donna: There are things waiting in the darkness. Creatures of metal, fire and blood. But he's out there burning through time; facing a thousand dangers across the stars and never giving up. He looks like a man but he's a legend, and his name is The Doctor. He'll come back to save us and this time I'm gonna be ready. Then, just like that... (poof) we'll be gone.
